Roasted Tilapia wrapped in Smoked Bacon
- 4 tilapia fillets cut into halves
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 8 strips of smoked bacon
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix the garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Rub tilapia all over with the mixture. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
3. Wrap each piece of fish with a bacon slice. Bake at 180 C for about 15-20 minutes.
